2001 Lab Day >.<

Surprisingly looking at the calendar today it showed 2nd Mar, how time flies man...well anyway today we got our 2001 project presentation. Well me and yew keng did some ppt slides over the Sunday and were quite satisfied that we are able to meet the required standards.

But to our horror, the ang moh here quite piah alamak....one siao group actually video their process of making the PCB and got cost analysis table....wah this is not final presentation leh....and all along we are quite confident tat our schedule is on track but suddenly we realized got some siao grps adi in callibration n testing stage liao!!! Means there final circuit is already completed...awwie we just completed our prototype last week onli....so slow behind them oh noooo....

But our presentation was alrite lah we as usual throwing in all our technical details of design and wif our level 5 smoking skills should be more than enuff to do the jobl. But wat makes us worry is ppl adi start callibrating le ...althou their PIC hasn't been programmed yet (ours adi done but not yet tested n loaded) they are still one step ahead of us lor...so we today spent whole day in the lab from 9am to 5pm soldering onto the stripboard....gosh soldering really kill brain cells man the poisonous lead vapor and then is bad for yr back....adn buttocks...:P think i old old liao bones getting cranky XDDD

Anyway soldered finished 1 out of 2 servo motor circuits and yew keng finished soldering his sensor circuit as well ^.^ v so not too bad lah....if we piah by friday should complete then next week can load in the prog to test callibration le...coz we using open loop ctrl mah....closed loop not cost n time effective XDD

thats all for now lah....dinner was great the onli consolation XD ;)
